DISC Behavioural Assessments

DISC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. DISC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences.  The DISC program produces a detailed report about your personality and behavior.



Completing a DISC assessment is done online and takes about 10-15 minutes.



DISC profiles help you and your team:



• Increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress, and how you solve problems

Influence

Steadiness

Emphasis on cooperating with others within existing circumstances to carry out the task.



Conscientiousness

Emphasis on working conscientiously within existing circumstances to ensure quality and accuracy
